1 1/4 tasse de cassonade
3 1/2 c a table d'huile
1 oeuf
1 c a the vanille
2 tasse rhubarbe hachee tres fin
1 tasse de babeurre
2 1/2 tasse de farine
1 c a the poudre a pate
1 c a the soda
1/2 c a the sel
1/4 c a the gingembre
1/2 c a the cannelle

Melanger cassonade, huile, oeuf, vanille, y ajouter rhubarbe et le babeurre. Dans un autre bol melanger la farine, poudre a pate, soda, sel, gingembre et la cannelle. Ajouter le melange sec au premier melange, en brassant doucement pour humecter le tout. Cuire a 375f pour 15-20 minutes
